Booking & Cancellation Policy
To reserve your dates, a nonrefundable 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your spot and is applied toward your total balance.
The remaining balance is due the day after service is completed.
Cancellations:
- 30+ days before the service start date: Deposit is nonrefundable, but any additional payments will be refunded.
- Less than 30 days before the service start date: The full balance may still be due, as those dates are held exclusively for you.
Because service dates are reserved specifically for each client, deposits and short-notice cancellations are nonrefundable.
If Sinclair Animal Services LLC must cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments, including the deposit.
