To book for house sitting, please text or email with the preferred dates.
When booking a housesitting service, please disclose departure and arrival time of your travel arrangements ahead of time.
Booking dates: The day you leave, and the day you get back are the dates that you need to book. Ex: Monday 27th (departure) through Friday 31 (arrival).
- 30+ days before the service start date: Deposit is nonrefundable (2027), but any additional payments will be refunded.
- Less than 30 days before the service start date: The full balance may still be due, as those dates are held exclusively for you.
Because service dates are reserved specifically for each client, deposits (2027) and short-notice cancellations are nonrefundable.
